Sushi Stuffin’

Today started off on the wrong foot, but it definitely got better by lunch time…I met a friend for lunch and stuffed myself with sushi!

My friend’s roll looked super yummy…it was some sort of baked roll drizzled in what looked like an aioli sauce. I tried to stick with some simpler options…salmon and avocado, eel and one less healthy option—a California roll. I say “less healthy” because there is a good possibility that there was some mayo or something in the crab as well. All in all it was a great splurge of a lunch (money wise as well as food wise!) and I’ll be buckling down for the rest of the week.

I was pretty sore from my Body Pump class last night, so I skipped the gym tonight. My activity for today was a good 2.5-ish mile walk this morning…I’m hoping to hit up a Turbo Kick class tomorrow after work for gym workout #2 towards my Weekly Goals!

That’s it for tonight…sorry for such a quick and dirty post, but I really want to get to bed and hit the ground running in the morning, so to speak! I hope you all had a great day!
