What an AMAZING DAY!

But you don’t get to hear anything about that until tomorrow. :)

Time for Weekly Weigh-In #9!

Starting weight: 283.0 pounds

Last week’s weight: 257.0 pounds

Today’s weight: 255.0 pounds

Loss this week of: 2.0 pounds

Total weight loss to date: 28.0 pounds

Not bad! Heading back in the right direction!

Keep an eye out tomorrow for a recap of the weekend and awesome photos.

Just ran into your blog via Rita and amimpressed with your goals – congrats on weigh-in #9. I think I will adopt your mini-goal approach to help keep me accountable. Right now I’m winging it and as long as the scale goes down I’m ok. I have an ultimate goal of getting to 216 pounds and have lost 27 so far. I’m in a hover-mode currently and need a little push in the right direction. Here’s to healthy decisions and a shrinking wasteline. :)

Thank you! Setting mini-goals is really helpful, I would highly recommend it. My current goal is to weigh 180 pounds, but that’s over 100 pounds to lose from where I started. It’s really daunting, if you are just looking ahead to the finish line. When you break it up into mini goals, you have something to celebrate every few weeks or so! It definitely makes the journey more fun. :) Good luck with your weight loss! Do you have a blog too? If so, send me the link!
