Hey everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend…mine was a-okay, seeing as I logged another loss!
Starting weight: 283.0 pounds
Week 90 weight: 206.6 pounds
Today’s weight: 205.9 pounds
Loss this week of: 0.7 pounds
Total weight loss to date: 77.1 pounds
Not much of a loss, but a loss is a loss, yes? And after last week where I logged quite a big loss, I knew this week would be less.
This past week I also wasn’t as diligent at the gym as I was the week before—a few early morning cycling sessions but no Body Pump or yoga—and I also wasn’t as diligent in the kitchen. I broke my no-eating-out fast, and even though I was mostly good, I wasn’t great in the healthy eating department.
Don’t get me wrong—I was light years ahead of where I was a couple of weeks ago! So I’m not complaining.
This week I’m going to get back in the gym for Body Pump and yoga, and I’m going to clean up my meal plan a little more. I have a fridge full of freshly washed produce and some pre-made healthy meals in the freezer, so I should be good to go!
It feels good to plan ahead, be prepared and back on track!
