Hello hello!
I can’t believe it’s been like a month since I’ve done a “Favorites Friday” post. I blame it on an insane schedule and the fact that I’ve only been reading other blogs on a hit-and-miss basis. (Wah! I know I’m missing so. much. great. stuff. And it breaks my heart.) I promise I’ll get back on it soon!
In the meantime, here are some great things I did come across this week:
First off, I have to link up to all of the great recaps from our S.F. Bay Area Fitbloggin’ Local last Saturday! I had an amazing time with some great ladies and I can’t wait until our next meetup.
Check out these great posts!
I hope I didn’t miss any recaps but if I did, let me know!
If there is anything I love to eat in the summer time, it’s potato salad. If I was being at all good about posting my daily eats, you’d be seeing plenty of it. Who doesn’t love a good hot dog with ketchup and relish and a scoop of potato salad? This potato salad recipe from Jenna at Eat, Live, Run looks to die for…I’m going to whip up some of this for our next family barbecue!

And now for a really important post that really touched me this week—of course, Emmie always has a way of doing that. I can 100% identify with this post, as I have done my share of eating in hiding. Please take a peek and share your support!
In my little cave that I call “the office”, I failed to remember that the very last Harry Potter movie was being released today!!! Of course there was a last minute change to my weekend plans because of this. And if you love Harry Potter, then you’ll love Gretchen’s post about seeing the midnight showing…it wonderfully conveys what most all of us are feeling about “the end of an era”.

Have a wonderful weekend, all!
