Hey everyone!
I hope you’re all having a great week. I’m feeling a little crabby and down today…the kink I’ve had in my neck for a week or two has gotten so bad that I had to start up with the chiropractor today. And no one is emailing me back. (Long story.)
I’m just generally in one of those feeling-sorry-for-myself moods.
…So it’s time to turn that frown upside down and share some of my favorite posts and links of the week!
This first one is something that I think is a super great event and cause, and something that I’ll definitely be participating in come Monday. It’s The Great Fundraising Act, hosted by Janetha at Meals & Moves to raise money for Susan, the blogger behind The Great Balancing Act, who has recently been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Such a horrible blow and yet she’s such an inspiration…please check out her blog, leave her some love, and then head over to Meals & Moves on Monday and bid, bid, bid!!

I stumbled upon a new trend in the blog world…the 7 Links post. If I’m understanding it correctly, you get nominated to do the post by another blogger and then post links to 7 posts on your blog, 1 for each of 7 categories. Anyway, I checked out the 7 Links post by Tina from Carrots N Cake, and I loved, loved, loved her “Most Beautiful” post…lessons on life from her adorable pug Murphy.

Delicious looking recipe of the week award goes to….Homemade Smashing S’mores by Jessica at How Sweet It Is.

I die.
I feel that way about pretty much every recipe on her blog though. Naturally.
Now, want to know what song I have been playing on perpetual repeat for like 3 days?
Of course you do.
Love this.
Now, how about you? What links, posts, songs or things about me other stuff did you love this week?
(You can still share something you like about me if you want to. I’m not above fishing for compliments. Especially when no one is emailing me back.)

Other than the obvious obsession I have with your hair, I like/admire/envy your dedication/consistency to/with your goal/blog. It’s inspirational!
Thanks Alex…that means more than you know.
Can’t wait to have you back in the States!
