Can we say Monday Funday?
Per usual, today—a Monday—was a tough day. A good day, but a tough day. Coming off of a fun weekend, especially after such a yummy food-centric and relaxing day as Super Bowl Sunday, getting back on track is hard.
I was able to do it though…especially since I want to make this week my third loss in a row!
What I really wanted for lunch was a big black bean burrito, but I cooked at home instead.
After work, I really felt like I wanted to stay home, put on my sweats and tidy up my apartment. But, I put on my workout clothes, my sneakers, and headed to the gym. I rode the bike for 30 minutes…
…and then did a rockin’ Body Pump class. I increased my weight on squats and triceps…I may regret it tomorrow, but I felt pretty good about my efforts tonight!
I have a 5:45am wake up call for a good morning walk before work…hope everyone had a great Monday!
