Hello everyone…Happy almost-Monday! (Boo!)
Today was a pretty cool day on The Journey to Marvelous…I hit another mini-goal for my weight-loss!
Here are the stats for Weekly Weigh-In #10:
Starting weight: 283.0 pounds
Last week’s weight: 255.0 pounds
Today’s weight: 253.0 pounds
Loss this week of: 2.0 pounds
Total weight loss to date: 30.0 pounds
Woo!! 30 pounds lost feels SO good. Especially since I thought that I may not lose anything this week…my nutrition and walking was not quite on point. Or so I thought! I am pleasantly surprised and definitely happy.
I didn’t set and weekly goals last week, and I think that may have created a lack of focus for the week. This week I definitely want to set a few goals.
Weekly Goal #1: Drink 64 ounces of water, at least, each day.
Weekly Goal #2: Eat lunch at home every day.
Weekly Goal #3: Walk 15 miles and go to my cardio kickboxing class.
Now, onward and upward! Or, downward, as the case may be.
