A gain of a pound this week…honestly, I’m not surprised. I didn’t put a lot of effort into my weekly goal of getting in at least 4 good workouts. I did have my usual appointment with Trainer and I did get in some other activity, but in general I just didn’t hack it this week. Between that and some indulging culinary treats, I had a gain.
I really don’t want to try to make excuses or whine too much about it…it is what it is. I don’t like my weigh in results this week…but I got out of it what I put into it, which wasn’t much. So, fair is fair.
