I stayed exactly the same this week! My eating this week was so-so…I definitely went over my calorie range on a few days, but not so terribly that I gained weight. I also didn’t do a ton of workouts this week…I worked out with Trainer and went on a few walks but I haven’t actually been back in the gym since New Years. I’ve been avoiding the gym because I know it will be crowded and crazy and I just don’t want to deal with it. BUT…it gets dark at noon, practically—and I can’t really do much for activity unless I go to the gym.
All in all, I’m glad I didn’t gain any weight this week but again…I really need to get motivated and really up the ante here.
This week I’ll be getting in the gym more…time to face the music and face the crowds…and get this show on the road!

Really?
I think the entire month of Nov and Dec every blog (including mine) has just been one week after another making excuses to get back at it FOR REAL. Ha. Things are settling into place now, though, and I stayed perfectly on track for an entire week and made it to half a pound lighter than my lowest weight (which of course was 2 or 3 weeks before Christmas lol).
Way to go on the maintain! Awesome! Just think, how hard is it to get the same exact number on the scale as a week ago? Pretty cool.
