Weigh In, Week 83

Starting weight: 283.0 pounds 
Week 81 weight: 206.1 pounds
Today’s weight: 209.2 pounds  
Gain this week of: 3.1 pounds 
Total weight loss to date: 73.8 pounds

After my little rant this morning, it’s time to spill the beans on my latest weigh in…a gain of 3.1 pounds over the last two weeks.

Perhaps not the end of the world…even though it felt that way 12 hours ago.

I had a good day of healthy food prep (and eating)…and I’ll be hitting the pavement for a good walk before work tomorrow. All of that really helps me keep my chin up and muster the motivation to keep plugging away.

I totally get it! I’ve gained weight the past 2 weeks in a row…freaking frustrating! Just keep working hard and you will get there.

You can dooo eet! I think what you’re going through is totally normal, and you’ll get back on the wagon. What you’re doing takes an incredible amount of time, effort, and energy. We’re here cheering you on as you get closer and closer to your goal!

I gained this week too. I think I was vigilant over the holidays, but have slacked off a little. I also had to weigh at night instead of the morning. I hate that.

I have a two week delay. I have to be good for 1-2 weeks before I see results. Hang in there! (me too).

Aim for progress, not perfection. ;-)
